- Insurance: Comprehensive insurance is included with a €150 deductible per person. Please note that personal items such as cameras, mobile phones, and glasses are at your own risk.
- Weight Information: Please provide your exact weight in advance for safety and planning purposes.
- Clothing: Comfortable clothing and closed shoes are required. A hat is recommended for added comfort.
- Weather Conditions: It is generally not cold in the balloon, but it is recommended to bring a bottle of water, especially in summer.
- Restrictions: Unfortunately, flights are not available for children under 4 years, pregnant women, people in wheelchairs, and those with any bone problems.
